As a jungle cactus, your Fishbone will need to be watered more often than its desert cousins. Be sure to water once the top few inches of soil are dry. Unlike most Cacti, the fishbone cactus is native to tropical climates. This cacti likes to be watered more often then the typical cactus and prefers to be in an area where it can receive moisture. To keep your plant thriving, place it in an area where it can receive filtered or indirect light. Make sure to keep the soil moist but not soggy. When repotting, we recommend using our Cactus and Succulent soil.
